The nucleus
are thereafter carefully selected by
size,
form and
perfection of its surface.
Afterwards they are emersed
in several baths, whose secret is jealously guarded, made upon a natural pigment
called Guanina
which is obtained from the scale of different
kinds of fishes.
In order to confer resistance
against all types of external agents, each piece is
covered up to 34 times in these baths and polished between the layers to
increase its iridiscence.
Finally, after a
strict
quality control
in order to guarantee the perfection of each jewel,
the pearl is prepared to be thread,
by manual labour,
on
a resistant silk
thread and combined with precious metals until obtaining
of the finished product
